Sedic House- Shanghai Residence

The residence is located in the Shanghai French concession. It’s the combination of three different properties into a 4 storey house and garden connected by a central staircase. The different layouts are transformed in foyer, living room, dinning, kitchen, garden terrace, bar, 4 bedrooms, office, Jacuzzi room and sauna.  The original roof structure was kept and exposed in the project as a memory of the old Shanghai.

The design style was Nordic European with a combination of white and walnut wooden floors, light gray walls and exposed wooden ceiling painted in white. The selection of lighten features, furniture and the biggest collection of Croatian art jumps out on the white canvas.

The house also features fresh air systems, water filter, solar protection automated systems, water collection and sealed windows with façade insulation panels, creating an oasis in the busy streets of the city.
