绍兴新城棠樾售楼处设计理念

永和九年，王羲之偕友人于绍兴会稽山下修禊，晋时名士多豪杰，临流而弹，竹涧焚香，饮酒赋诗。此间风雅，流传千古，至今仍是绍兴人津津乐道的话题，亦是本案的灵感来源。前厅以王羲之的《兰亭集序》作为序屏，古拙行书雕饰素白墙面，润饰书法之乡的清雅底蕴。阳光在镂空立面间穿梭投映，光影竞秀，如入茂林修竹间，勾起一段惠风和畅的兰渚旧忆。设计师将艺术的笔杆交予大自然中最灵动的媒介，以水之流势描摹延绵起伏的会稽山形，巧妙破解智与仁的双重取舍。滂沱雨幕中浮现出如同海市蜃楼般梦幻的轮廓，最终又因循万物轮回的规律，在深邃的池底等待新的蜕变。

In the ninth year of Yonghe, Wang Xizhi's best friend repaired the vestiges at the foot of kuaiji Mountain in Shaoxing. He was a famous scholar in Jin Dynasty. He played in the stream, burned incense in bamboo streams and drank poems. The elegance and popularity of this place have lasted for thousands of years, and it is still a topic that people in Shaoxing like to talk about and a source of inspiration for this case.In the front hall, Wang Xizhi's Preface to Lanting Collection serves as the preface screen. The ancient and clumsy handwriting carvings adorn the plain white walls and embellish the elegant details of the hometown of calligraphy. Sunshine flies between hollow facades, and the light and shadow compete, which evokes an old memory of Shaoxing.Designers give the strokes of art to the most agile media in nature, depict the rolling hill shape of the auditorium with the flow of water, and cleverly decode the double choices of wisdom and benevolence. In the torrential rain curtain emerges the dreamlike outline like a mirage, and eventually follows the law of the reincarnation of all things, waiting for a new transformation at the bottom of the deep pool.
