The “Blown-up” icon—this is the design for Moncler flagship store opened in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, which was commissioned following the previous project in Dubai Mall. For the largest flagship store of the brand in the Asia Pacific region, the façade itself embodies the brand identity, mimicking the curves and folds of Moncler’s iconic down puffer. 132 pieces of marble were carefully shaped as if it was “airy” stone, which created recognizable brand image at the visible place for all who walk in the mall.
After impressive entrance inviting the visitors inside, unforgettable experience welcomes them with beautiful contrast of pure-white and dark-black worlds. The ice-white room with reflective mirror ceilings remind the visitors of walking into an iceberg. The colorful and expressive items of Moncler is highlighted in the immaculate environment.
In contrast, the deep dark spaces, enhanced with mirrors, create an infinity composition of warm wood and grey stones, infuse an intimate and soothing feeling.
A play of mirrors and wall emphasize the discovery of the different collections, like a maze constantly shifting perspective a dialogue of the opposite, variety, horizontality, infinity, light and shadow.
